We use this information only to answer your request and to follow up on it. Submissions are sent to our team by email and stored in our website platform.
Emails. If you write to us directly, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to reply.
Technical data. When you load a page, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested and the date and time. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the website and which pages they view. Analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, Google Analytics may still receive limited information without cookies, such as the page viewed, your browser type and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not use this information to identify you.
3. Legal basis
We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we rely on your consent for analytics cookies, on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract when we answer an enquiry, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We use the following service providers, who process data on our behalf or as part of delivering the website:

- Vercel Inc. (United States): hosting of the interactive scene on our home page.
- jsDelivr and unpkg: delivery of open-source script libraries used by the website.
- Our email provider: delivery and storage of the emails we send and receive.
5. Transfers outside Switzerland and the EU
Some of these providers are located in, or may process data in, the United States or other countries. Where data is transferred to a country without an equivalent level of data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the provider’s certification under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep data
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in Google Analytics.
